Preventive Maintenance Checks for Washing Machines, Dishwashers, and Ovens

  • - Fault Coverage: Preventive maintenance is included unless the damage is caused by accidental or deliberate misuse.
  • - Reinstallation: The service includes a one-time reinstallation of the product during the program period if a BlackBox technician originally installed it. Note that transportation costs from the original to the new location are not covered.
  • - Pixel Burnout Guarantee: Provided based on manufacturer specifications.
  • - Repairs and Preventive Maintenance: The program covers all repairs and preventive maintenance listed in the service, except for products with different conditions outlined in the additional services card. The service will be provided after the device is delivered to one of Black Box's service centres at the customer's expense.

 

Replacement or Maintenance for Washing Machines, Dishwashers, and Ovens

  • - Replacement Decision: Replacement is permitted only based on technical diagnosis and a decision by the technician.
  • - Execution Time: Maintenance requests will be completed within 30 days. If this period is exceeded, the device will be replaced.
  • - Device Data: Any stored data on the device may be lost during repair or replacement.

 

Necessary Conditions:

  • - Original receipts, including proof of service payment, must be presented.
  • - Take all necessary precautions to prevent device damage.
  • - Report any damage immediately to Black Box.
  • - Remove user data, passwords, emails, and applications before service.
  • - Back up device data before sending it for repair or replacement.
  • - Replacement devices will have the same or higher specifications based on availability.

 

Service Duration

  • - Coverage begins from the original purchase date listed on the invoice.
  • - Service includes factory warranty benefits and additional benefits after the factory warranty ends.

 

Service Application Method

Devices must be brought to one of BlackBox branches for service. If no branch is available in your city, the device must be shipped to the nearest branch at the customer's expense.

 

Repeated Maintenance Policy

If the same fault is repaired three times within 12 consecutive months and the product requires a fourth identical repair as determined by the Black Box Service Center, the device will be replaced with a new one or with higher specifications, depending on availability.

 

General Exclusions

Faults caused by:

  • - Repairs or replacements outside Black Box.
  • - Natural wear and tear, rust, or condensation.
  • - Misuse such as extreme temperatures or voltage fluctuations.
  • - Accidental or deliberate damage.
  • - Loss or failure of operating systems, backups, or user settings.
  • - Negligence, improper storage, or unauthorized installation.
  • - Use of unauthorized parts or modifications by unqualified personnel.

 

Products not covered:

  • - Consumable items (e.g., batteries, remote controls, etc.).
  • - Products used for commercial purposes.
  • - Products sold "as is" at the time of purchase.

 

Manufacturer Responsibilities

  • - Parts and services covered under the factory warranty are the manufacturer’s responsibility.
  • - Providing spare parts for repairs is the responsibility of the local authorized dealer.

 

Response and Repair Time

  • - Maintenance requests will be responded to within 72 hours.
  • - If repairs are not completed within 30 days, the device will be replaced with a new one.

 

Cancellation

  •  -The service will be canceled in cases of forgery, commercial use, or rental purposes.
  • - The service will also be voided if repairs are conducted outside Black Box centers or by unauthorized technicians.
  • - The service can be canceled within 7 days of purchase.
