Preventive Maintenance Inspections for Refrigerators and Freezers
- Coverage of Faults: The service covers viewing mechanisms unless the fault is due to accidental or intentional damage.
- Reinstallation: The service includes one-time reinstallation during the program period for the same product, provided a Black Box technician did the original installation. This does not cover any transportation costs from the original location to the new location.
- Pixel Burn Warranty: This service provides a pixel burn warranty based on manufacturer specifications.
- Conditions for Different Products: The program includes all repairs and preventive maintenance mentioned in the services, except for products with different conditions listed on the additional services card. The service will be processed after you bring the device to one of BlackBox's service centres at your own expense.
Replacement or Maintenance for Refrigerators and Freezers
- Replacement Decision: Replacement is allowed only based on the technical diagnosis and technician's decision.
- Execution Time: Maintenance requests will be completed within 30 days. If this period is exceeded, the device will be replaced.
- Data Loss: Data stored on the product may be lost during repair or replacement.
Requirements for Replacement or Maintenance:
- - Submit all original receipts, including proof of service payment.
- - Take all necessary precautions to avoid damage to the device.
- - Report any damage to BlackBox immediately.
- - Remove usernames, passwords, and installed applications from the device.
- - Create a backup of the data before submitting the device for repair or replacement.
- - In case of replacement, your device will be replaced with a new one of the same specifications or higher based on availability.
Service Duration
- - Coverage begins from the date of the original product purchase as stated on the invoice.
- - The service includes the manufacturer's warranty period and provides additional benefits during and after this period.
Service Application Method
- - You must bring the device to one of Black Box branches.
- - If no branch is available in your city, the shipping cost to the nearest branch will be at your expense.
Repeated Maintenance Policy
After completing three repairs for the same fault within 12 consecutive months, and if the product requires a fourth repair for the same issue as determined by Black Box Service Center, your device will be replaced with a new one or one of higher specifications, depending on availability.
General Exceptions
The following cases are excluded from this agreement:
- - Repair or replacement conducted outside Black Box centers.
- - Damages caused by rust, natural wear, or moisture condensation.
- - Faults resulting from misuse or voltage fluctuations.
- - Damages caused by viruses or installed software issues.
- - Intentional damages, loss, or theft.
- - Poor storage, deliberate neglect, or improper installation.
- - Damages caused by unauthorized repair attempts.
- - Loss or damage of data on the product before repair.
- - Products sold without a manufacturer warranty or sold "as-is" at the time of sale.
Manufacturer Responsibilities
- - The manufacturer is responsible for parts and services covered by the manufacturer's warranty during the warranty period.
- - Providing spare parts for repairs is the responsibility of the locally authorized agent.
Additional Services
- - Customers purchasing additional services will receive a response within 72 hours.
- - If the product cannot be repaired within 30 days, it will be replaced with a new one.
Cancellation
- - The service is void in cases of fraud, material misrepresentation, or commercial usage.
- - Unauthorized repairs will void the service.
- - The program can be cancelled within seven days of purchase.
