Preventive Maintenance Inspections for Air Conditioning Units:

  • - The service covers observation mechanisms unless the issue is caused by accidental or intentional damage.
  • - The service includes one-time reinstallation during the program period for the same products, provided the initial installation was done by a Black Box technician. This does not cover transportation costs from the original location to the new location.
  • - The service provides a pixel burn-in warranty based on manufacturer specifications.
  • - The program covers all repairs and preventive maintenance mentioned in the services, except for products with different conditions specified on the additional service card. Transactions will be processed only after bringing the device at your expense to one of the Black Box service centres.

 

Replacement or Maintenance for Air Conditioning Units:

  • - Replacement decisions are subject to technical diagnosis and technician approval.
  • - The repair request execution period is 30 days; if exceeded, the device will be replaced.
  • - Data on the product may be lost during repair or replacement.
  • - Replacement or maintenance requires the submission of all original receipts, including proof of service fee payment.

 

Customer Responsibilities:

  • - Take all precautions to avoid damage to the device.
  • - Immediately contact Black Box to report any damage.
  • - Remove any user accounts, passwords, emails, or applications previously set up or installed on the device during service execution.
  • - Back up data stored on the device before delivering it for repair or replacement.
  • - In case of replacement, your device will be replaced with a new one of the same or higher specifications, depending on availability.

 

Service Duration:

  • - Service coverage starts from the original purchase date stated on the invoice.
  • - The service includes the manufacturer’s warranty period and provides additional benefits during this period.
  • - Additional benefits also apply after the manufacturer’s warranty ends as specified on the service card.

 

Service Application Method:

  • - To complete the service, you must bring the device to one of our branches.
  • - If there is no Black Box store in your city, you must ship the device to the nearest branch at your expense.

 

Repeated Maintenance Policy:

After completing maintenance for the same issue three times within 12 consecutive months, if the product requires a fourth identical repair (as determined by the Black Box Service Center), the device will be replaced with a new one or with higher specifications (based on available products).

 

General Exclusions:

Cases excluded from this service include:

  • - Repairs or replacements performed outside Black Box.
  • - Damage caused by misuse, natural wear, corrosion, or condensation inside the product.
  • - Accidental damage such as spilled liquids or improper storage.
  • - Accessories such as remote controls, batteries, and cables.
  • - Loss of data or damage caused by viruses or unreliable software.
  • - Commercial use or unauthorized modifications.

 

Manufacturer Responsibilities:

  • - Parts and services covered by the manufacturer’s warranty are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer during the warranty period.
  • - Providing spare parts during the program period for repair is the responsibility of the locally authorized dealer.

 

Services Offered:

  • - Purchasers of additional services will receive a response within 72 hours.
  • - If the service centre cannot repair the device within 30 days, the device will be replaced with a new one.

 

Cancellation:

  • - The service will be void in cases of fraud or material misrepresentation.
  • - Repairing the device outside Black Box service centres will result in service cancellation.
  • - Cancellation within seven days of service purchase is subject to the terms and conditions.
