Black Plus Membership – Terms & Conditions

1. How to Join Black Plus Membership

Black Box customers can subscribe to Black Plus Membership through:

• The official Black Box website.
• The Black Box mobile app.
• Visiting any Black Box showroom.

Your membership starts from the subscription date and is valid for one full year.

2. Steps to Join Black Plus

When applying for Black Plus Membership, your identity will be verified as follows:

• In-store: You will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) via your registered mobile number or email, followed by completing the payment.
• Online / App: You must log in or create a new account to access the subscription form, verify your details, and complete the payment.
• Once registration and payment are successful, you will receive a confirmation that your membership is activated.

3. Renewal & Cancellation

• After activation, the membership is non-refundable and cannot be canceled.
• You can enable or disable the auto-renewal option anytime via the website or app.
• If auto-renewal is disabled, you will receive a reminder notification before the membership expires, with a link to renew or upgrade.

4. Annual Subscription Fee

• Black Plus: SAR 499 (VAT included)

5. Membership Benefits

• Exclusive discounts on products throughout the membership period (excluding special campaigns).
• Unique discount codes dedicated to Black Plus members.
• Maximum discount benefit: SAR 60,000 annually (additional membership may be purchased if exceeded).
• Extended return & exchange period.
• Early access to mega sales & promotions.
• 24/7 remote customer support.

6. Return & Exchange Policy

Black Plus members can return or exchange purchases within 30 days of purchase, provided items are in their original condition and packaging, in line with Black Box's standard return policy.

• Black Box reserves the right to accept or decline membership applications at its discretion.
• Membership, its benefits, and discount codes are non-transferable to any third party.
• Some benefits may require a minimum purchase amount or may be subject to quantity or shipping limitations.
• Discounts do not apply to recharge cards or prepaid gift cards.
• The company reserves the right to amend existing benefits or introduce new ones at any time.
• The program is intended for individual customers only.
• Certain online-exclusive products may be excluded from discounts.

9. Amendments to Terms

Black Box reserves the right to update the membership terms, usage policies, or privacy policies, with proper notification to members.

10. Membership Termination

• The company may terminate a membership and refund the remaining portion of the subscription fee, unless termination is due to a violation of the terms.
• If termination is due to the member's breach of terms, no refund will be issued.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Saudi courts.

12. Data Usage

By subscribing, the member agrees that Black Box may process their personal data for the purpose of managing the membership program.
